Masters in Law

I have a Masters in Law with First Class Honours. I did it by minor thesis, as one of the inaugural recipients of the Dean’s Faculty of Law LLM Awards.

As well as my thesis, I completed one paper: Kris Gledhill’s class in human rights and litigation. You can read my final paper on the right to food in New Zealand for it here: David Tong – Right to Food Paper.

My thesis is all about equity between rich and poor countries in the current climate negotiations, which are due to replace the Kyoto Protocol with a new agreement this year. You can read an abstract here: David Tong – Abstract – 060315 copy.
