Photographer, Climate Peoples and Humans of the UN Climate Talks

I enjoy taking photos of interesting people – and I think the international climate movement brims with fascinating, diverse characters.

In 2013, I worked closely with members of UKYCC from the launch of Humans of the UN Climate Talks, becoming one of the main photographers. Amongst others, I photographed UN General Assembly president John Ashe, UNDP head Helen Clark, Marshall Islands’ Minister Tony de Brum, COP21 president Manuel Pulgar Vidal, and UNFCCC boss Christiana Figueres.

But it’s really the climate activists that I enjoy taking portraits of, like my friends Kjell below.

So when the People’s Climate March happened, I decided to launch a photo blog, Climate Peoples, to do what Humans of the UN Climate Talks did – but year round.
